Your Alexander watch is under warranty for two years from its date of purchase for any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover the strap, glass, or batteries. The warranty is invalid id there is evidence of any misuse or abuse, if there was damage resulting from service provided from an unauthorized service center, or if the warranty card does not display the stamp and date purchased from the authorized dealer you purchased the watch from. Card must be presented for service.
